Riyadh – Mubasher: Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company has appointed Al Waleed Al Dryyan as the new Chairman of the board for the next three years.

The insurer also named Bader Al Salloom as the Vice Chairman, according to a recent bourse disclosure.

The two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 8 August 2022 and will remain in position until 7 August 2025.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, Allianz Saudi Fransi registered a net profit before Zakat worth SAR 10.11 million, up 12.53% from SAR 8.98 million during the same period a year earlier. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 0.07 in H1-22 from EGP 0.06 in H1-21.
